Private Client Partner/Team hire

Private Client Partner/Team hire

Liberty, Autonomy and Positivity, three non-negotiable work behaviours that a firm I am working with wholeheartedly get behind.  Having spent time researching internal opportunities, uncovering clients and onboarding Partners to support this hire, I have been retained to advise the build of a new private wealth department.

The firm is greenfield in essence, with work having previously been passed on to top end private client groups, but now is the time to retain those family offices, those HNW entrepreneurs and those international families, and in fact those clients are in absolute support of this move.  So this isn’t a stab in the dark, there is possibility, potential and real support.

How you shape it is up to you, how quickly you build and the resources you need is up to you, taking responsibility for how tax and trusts expertise are provided now and in the future is up to you.  More than that, you have corporate, real estate, litigation and family expertise that would suit and already work with the client base.  All they ask is that you want to operate in an environment and culture which is focused on equality, diversity and values and that you have the experience and desire to build out this project.  If this sounds like fun, if you can hear a little voice in your going……”I wish I could do that”…..then do it…….reach out and let’s discuss.

In a legal space where there are often too many layers to get momentum, this firm have a streamlined structure and observe a “can do” attitude to getting things done.  The interview process is succinct, the firm have signed off the hire, they want to make this happen……
